目数与微米的换算,各类型的网目数与微米之间
使用下面的表在微米,网格,毫米和英寸单位之间转换。
网目可以有一个规格,如“聚酯65/37”。这将是一个65微米见方的孔和37微米的宽度使筛网
1,目数概念:目数是指每英寸(25.4mm) 长度下,开孔的个数
2,目数与微米之间的换算关系 μm=25.4/目数-丝径
3,经验换算公式:μm*目数=15000
4,目数计算上,线径会影响孔径的计算 如 以100目尼龙网为例:孔径(μm)=25.4/100*1000 -丝径
此时孔径(μm)=254μm - 丝径 (此时标准尼龙网丝径为94微米,查表)
